Practice every single day, it's the best way to improve your skills
No really sure why you aren't doing in the basketball but I mean here are some tip to get better at it :)
1) Practice Makes Perfect
Yea i know practice takes time and gets boring at times but without it you won't get better any time soon
2) Quality Repetitions
You could do 100 reps of bad form throws or 10 reps of good form throws, the 10 reps will help you more to improve so like you might get told in school Quality over Quantity
3) Focus on the Little Things
Yea 2 on 2 games are great but make sure to focus on form or footwork, for example, this helps a lot in the long run
4) Discipline
if you are actually wanting to get better then give it 100% in every practice every work out don't miss one or slack off when ur tired
5) Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
yes the form to throw isn't comfortable and as low as you need to go isn't the best position but push yourself to do these
6) Don't Cheat Yourself
like i said before don't slow down or cheat yourself when you're tired remember you are not working to get through the drill. You are working to get better.
7) Understand the Cost
The better you want to be, the more work you need to put in. Improving your game doesn't come overnight. It takes the same amount of work to maintain the level you have achieved, but even more to make it to the next level.it pays off in the end tho
HOPE THIS HELPS :)
