The answer is E. In February 1942, this requested the ejection of all people of Japanese plummet from the West Coast. That spring and summer, specialists expelled in excess of 110,000 men, ladies and kids (2/3 of them American residents) to internment camps a long way from their homes. 
This request don't make a difference to people of Japanese plunge living in Hawaii, where made up 40% of population. Since the economy won't work without Japanese-American work.
