They arrived at 7 p.m.

4 hour travel + 1 hour lunch + 2 hour visit to amusement park = 7 hours spent on the road before arriving at relative's house.

Since they started travelling at 12 noon, 7 hours after 12 noon is 7 pm.

Add 4 hours for the trip.
Add 1 hour for lunch.
Add 2 hours for the amusement park.
That's 7 hours after 12:00 or 7:00.
