This year a real estate agent helped you buy a house for $200,000 which was originally built in 1985. the agent's commission was $12,000. how will this transaction affect this year's gdp?

The GDP should show an increase by the amount of $200,000 income to the seller and $12000 income to the real estate agent is my first thought but since the GDP is the value of all goods produced in a given year then since this house was produced or built in 1985, the original sale of that house and real estate commission would only be eligible to be part of the GDP for that year.
