kevin has 280 eraser in boxed there are 40 boxes the erasers are equally distributed. He distributed one box among 2 students. First student got 3 the second got 2 how many erasers left in that box

First you need to divide to see how many erasers are in each of the 40 boxes. So there are 7 erasers in each box. One student gets 3 and the other gets 2 so that equals 5 eraser so there is 2 left.
