How do oceans prevent global warming?

a. by increasing the amount of oxygen in air
b. by absorbing atmospheric carbon dioxide
c. by changing carbonates into carbon dioxide
d. by heating the equator and poles unequally

Respuesta :

the answer is b your welcome

I believe the answer is b. by absorbing atmospheric carbon dioxide
Carbon dixoide that came from emission such as burning trash or fossil fuels will trap the heat that came from the sun ray and increasing the average temperature inside the earth.
By reducing the carbon dixoide (for example using electric cars or travel by bikes), we could reduce the amount of trapped heat and decreasing the earth's average temperature.
