Why is a soil profile in a tropical rain forest different from one in a desert?
Please answer ASAP!!!!

Respuesta :

Well, in a tropical rainforest, there is more opportunities of the area getting moisture, in this case, rain, rather than a desert. In a desert, it can't hold moisture because of its arid days and gelid nights. Because of the sun drying up every inch of moisture it receives, the desert simply cannot hold any type of human or plant life.

I hope I helped :)
