Its actually (A), Arctic foxes can live in winter weathers, they have a thick coat for warmth, so they don't go to coastal areas during winter months for fish, and animals they store underground isn't something they do, so that automatically takes out hibernation since they can live in winter weathers, and not only that foxes can eat almost anything, including fruits and vegetables.
