A)so first you have it discounted by 50% so the jeans are not 24.99(49.98/2). Now discount it again by 10 dollars and you get 14.99(24.99-10).

B)so first you have it discounted by 10 dollars so the jeans cost 39.98(49.98-10). Now discount it again by 50% and you get 19.99(39.98/2).
