there are different types of saying this sentence. Joe and I fix computers. Me and joey; We fix computers. which ever u wanna say.  Hope this helps

In a sentence you can't put yourself before someone else. It's Joey and I, you can't use me since it isn't towards the end of the sentence. 
The answer would be: Joe and I fix computers, or Joey and I, we fix computers.
