In English language there are only two tenses, past and present. For the present tense, there are four forms.
The Simple present form: I draw a cat every morning.
The Present Perfect form: I have drawn a cat before.
The Present Continuous form: I am drawing a cat at this very moment.
The Present Perfect Continuous form: I have been drawing a cat for a while.
