Leave him alone. B. Since now that you have strong feelings for him, tell him how you feel.

That's a very strange scenario but I would do A, leave him alone. He's married dont get in the middle. Hope this helps!
You should tell him how you feel because then you'll regret it later and it'll be killing you but at the same time, don't make it a scene because probably the person he's married to will be jealous.
