According to the way that ecosystems work, the answer would be no. 

This is due to the fact that if you had an infinite number of moose but not an infinite number of the food that moose eat, then the moose will eat all of their food supply faster than it can be created, thus killing the moose population. There needs to be a limit of moose that's proportionate to the amount of food available for them in order to prevent this.
