A point is a circle if the distance from the center of the circle to the point is equal to the radius.

Circumference, area, and diameter is not the answer to the question.

By using basic definition of circle we got that a point is on a circle if the distance from the centre of the circle to the point is equal to the radius.

What is a circle ?

A circle is a shape of all those points that are at same fixed distance from a given fixed point . that fixed point is called centre and fixed distance is called radius of circle .

Now we know that if a point is inside circle then it's distance from centre must be less than radius and if a point is outside circle then it's distance from centre must be more than radius and if a point is on the circle then it's distance from centre must be equal to radius .

By using basic definition of circle we got that a point is on a circle if the distance from the centre of the circle to the point is equal to the radius.
