I think the main factor was the lack of safety workers had during the Industrial Revolution, especially women, children, and minorities. Some of the results were an increased concern and awareness of factory conditions, labor reforms, and a larger role for the government to monitor companies' treatment of workers.

so this is what I put that worked:

The picture that best illustrated the tragedy of the fire is the seventh one down that shows the building as charred and broken. There is a lot of smoke in the picture and the building is obviously horribly wrecked. One can tell that a bad tragedy happened here.
