Kristen is marking gingerbread cookies and needs to convert grams to ounces. The equation y= 0.04x describes the approximate number of ounces y in x grams

Hi dear,

If y is used to show ounce and x is used to show gram.
In order to find y we should add the value of x.

1 ounce is 28.35 gram

but it differs in this equation. So,
y = 0.04x
y = 0.04 (28.35)
y = 1.134
