Two blocks are in a contact on a frictionless horizontal surface. The block have masses 2.0 kg and 1.0kg. A horizontal force of 15 n pushes against the 2.0 kg block, which then pushes against. Find the acceleration .Force between two blocks.

m=2+1=3

Then we isolate the a

[tex]a=\frac{15}{3}=5\text{ m/s}^2[/tex]

Then for the force between the blocks we already know the acceleration

[tex]a=5\text{ m/s}^2[/tex][tex]F=1\cdot5=5N[/tex]
