Any point in the cartesian coordinate system has two components, one in the X-axis and one in the Y-axis, they are always symbolized:

P(XY)

I'll call the first point A with coordinates (2,3) and the second point B with coordinates (4,5). The coordinate sof both points are positive, this means that they'll be in the first quadrant of the system (upper right)

For point A, the X-coordinate is 2 and the Y-coordinate is 3, where these two values cros, you mark the point.

For B. the X-coordinate is 4 and the Y-coordinate is 5, where these two values cross paths you have to mark the point.
