i don’t understand everything i need to know about quadratic relationships. this is one of my practice questions that i can’t seem to figure out.

We need to find the range of the function shown in the graph.
The range of a function f(x) is all the possible values for y = f(x).
Observing the graph, we see that y has a maximum value of 5, and no minimum value (the parabola continues indefinity to the negative direction of the y-axis.
Therefore, the range of that function is all the values of y less than or equal to 5:
