Respuesta :

My impression of the second amendment is that it is talking about the rights of the people of the nation to bear firearms.

What is the second amendment?

This is the amendment that gives the citizens of the United States the right to bear arms in the nation. The use of the word militia has to do with all males that have the ability to bear firearms in the country. The militia has to do with all able bodied men and not necessary men of the force.

Yes I believe that there has to be limitations to the right to bear arms in the society. This would be as a way of preventing all of the negative consequences that has to do with the ownership of such deadly firearms. People may just be able to use guns on anyone instead of settling issues the right way.
