I do believe that a parent teacher conference should be scheduled as soon as possible. Helping your son, Andrew get the most out of his education is my utmost importance but I do not feel, at this time, extra assignments should be encouraged. Andrew is often late and missing class and he turns his assignments in late or not at all. If there is something troubling him, he chooses not to discuss it with me.

To this end, please let me know a date and time that would be acceptable for us to meet. I would also like to have Andrew to join us so that the three of us can ensure that we are on the same page to accomplish his academic goals and responsibilities.
