True , Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC ) also called E-coli is spread from animals to human beings by eating raw meat, beef, lamb, or sausage , apple juice  or water .

E-coli is easily spread to one person to other by fecal contamination of water  or food. It can caused abdominal cramps, severe bloody diarrhea, fatigue and nausea.The infection damages their red blood cells and their kidney. Only happens to about 1 /50 humans but it can be serious ans without hospital care they can die.

Treatment of EHEC is supportive , sensitive to most commonly used antibiotics , antibiotics have not been shown to alleviate symptoms, reduce organism functioning.
