Usually with most laptops you can go through plenty more charge cycles than 1000. As you go along your laptop will probably die faster, meaning you can re charge it faster. Therefore you can break past 1000 charges faster! OH BOY NEW RECORD (your mom). I would say it would take way more charges than 1000 to make your laptop nonchargeable. Eventually you might have to have your laptop plugged in to use it.
