Collecting or including everything or everyone regardless race , age , gender, disability, religious and cultural beliefs.
It is important because :
Inclusion is the basic right of everyone and its objective is to provide education or etc equally regardless any barriers.
Inclusivity also include respecting people from all backgrounds and culture by teaching the students not just in classrooms and schools but also in wider society.
