The answer is be bc you have to have a comma after camera
A. Is incorrect because you don't stop like that in the middle of the sentence "Marcus wants" unless it is saying more than one thing.

B. Is correct because you put a comma before a congregation.

C. In incorrect because you only put one, not two, commas before or after a congregation.

D. You put a comma before, not after, a congregation.
