Find the area of the base:
(1/2)(4)(5) = 10
Then find the area of one of the sides:
(1/2)(4)(10) = 20
There are 3 sides and 1 base therefore:
20(3) + 10(1) = 60 + 10 = 70sqft
Hope this helps :)
