Boiling water. The heat passes from the burner into the pot, heating the water at the bottom. Then, this hot water rises and cooler water moves down to replace it, causing a circular motion.
Some examples of Convection would be:
1) Boiling a pot of water on the stove
2) using a hot radiator to warm the air in a room
3) using heated air to make a hot-air balloon rise up into the sky
[ Can choose anyone, there are three ]
Hope this helps!
