electric : 4000 kwh per month......at 0.075 per kwh = 4000 * 0.075 = 300 per month

gas : 1 kwh = 3413 btu.....so 4000 kwh = 4000 * 3413 = 13,652,000 btu.
100,000 btu = 1 therm.....so 13,652,000 btu = 13,652,000/100000 =
136.52 therms....at 1.85 per therm = 136.52* 1.85 = 252.56

Gas would be the better deal....because for electric, u r paying 300 per month and with gas, u r paying 252.56 per month
