Hanna Woke up and realized something...that her phone was ringing! She looked at it and saw that it was her friend Maya. Hanna quickly looked at the time. 8:02 am?! She is really late for school! When she picked up her phone, she heard her friend scolding her about not being at school for the 3rd time this week! Hanna went to go wash up her face, brush her hair, and her teeth. A few minutes later, she was ready and her mom was downstairs sitting at the dining table which was near the kitchen. She gave Hanna that disappointed look on her face. It wasn't long before her mom stood up with the keys in her hand and said to her daughter, "Let's go." Hanna smiled a little to show that she was a bit embarrassed, but it quickly passed when she made it to school. "Have a good day honey!" Hanna's mom yelled before starting to drive off. "You too mom," Hanna waved back as she went to go sign in the office.
