Samoa is known to have different cultures when compared to other countries.  The director in charge of marketing in the firm should research the geography of New Zealand and Australia because it is different from Samoan geography.

He should conduct a well detailed demographic analysis such as income bracket, gender, and age so that they can know more about possible customers.
