salt on cold water makes things float right , and salt on warm water makes things sink right now why does cold water make things float and warm water makes things sink explain for both points please this is needed for my project thanks!

Cold water on dissolving salt increases its density .

So if density of water is increased it can flow some less denser things that it cannot before.

Warm water on dissolving salt decreases it's density.

So it turns vice-versa
