I do believe the answer for this would be B. When giving care to a resident always have the door shut and the curtain pulled if they so happen to be in bed. Per state guide lines use a bath blanket over the resident to not expose the whole body. Only the parts you are working on. When washing their peri area be sure to let them know what you are doing.
