Depression can be very hard to deal with and I know sometimes u won’t talk to anyone about it. Try these: Watch a movie with your fav genre. Eat your fav snack Take a good warm bath. Stretch maybe and maybe clean your space to feel more organized. Just remember everyone goes through a hard time don’t hold on to your negative thoughts they will strain your head.
