Do you have any acquaintances or friends that you can do a study group with? Do you have a siblings that you can do school in the same room as? Sometimes even just working with someone else, even if you are doing completely different assignments, helps. If you need motivation then try setting rewards for yourself. Or, make a To-Do list and write down everything you need to do. sorry if this doesnt help, it doesnt work for everyone.
