As a manager when dealing with cross-culture issue by making same set of policies and rule for each individual and maintaining standards. The cultural interpretation as per Hofstede that are identity, power, gender, time, and uncertainty.  
  • The cultural values represent extreme values and associated behaviors. Hofstede's framework is very useful as it provides important information regarding differences between the nations and how they manage such differences.
