From least to greatest, these numbers should be ordered from -16.375, -16, 0.075, to 21/24. 21 divided by 24 is equal to 0.875, making it greater than 0.075. When doing least to greatest, it's always good to keep in mind that it's based on the relativeness to zero; the larger a negative number is, the greater the distance between it and zero, making it a lower number.
