So, I'll answer the question, if I can, but it's a little hard to read without the formatting, so is this what it's supposed to look like?
[tex] \frac{3}{7} ^{2x} +3=5^{3} -7x[/tex]
[tex] \frac{3}{7} ^{2x} +3=5^{3} -7x[/tex]
I believe it would be x= 2989/176, if I interpreted the question correctly without the formatting
