It meant that she was in anger and sadness when seeing him go to another woman that she probably does not like and means no good to her in her eyes

My theory is that this woman hadn't seen this man for a long time and they had a an experience in the past regarding romance and after a long time they see eachother, thus her soul was in pain when she saw her past lover who she still loves running towards another girl who he loves
