I do not agree with this statement. In my opinion the 10 outweigh the 1 innocent person. The ten that are guilty should not escape, due to their history. If they do escape who knows what they are capable. That one innocent person just doesn't compete with the 10 guilty. If case that person is innocent they wouldn't be behind bars in the first place.
