you can do so much!! What I do, is find out why do u feel these things. Go to the root of it, and solve it no matter how hard it is. Or if you just want to forget everything for a moment, I usually watch a good movie, and eat some good food :D but u need to deal with ur difficult feelings that u feel. in 2 hours, you might later feel GOOD. so just know more is coming and you have more to look forward to. AS LONG AS YOU ARE ON THIS EARTH, u have not shown your full potential! TRUST ME. that's how i pass my bad feelings. KNOWING my self worth helps a lot :) so shall it help u!
