• Freedom of religion.
• Protection from any loss of life, liberty, and/or property without any due of process of the law.
•Freedom from the press.
•Freedom from any unlawful searches and seizures.
•Have a right to a fast trial.
• A right to a jury trial that is a criminal and a civil case.
