The more developed countries in order to maintain their industries, technology, functioning and progress if you will, use enormous amounts of resources. We have a situation where a relatively small well developed country with relatively small population, spends more resources than a much bigger country with much bigger population, but it is a less developed country. The best example we can take in China and the United States, because these two countries are spending almost half of the resources on the world market.
