how do i find the amount of solutions to an quadratic equation by looking at it for example "How many real solutions are there to the equation x2−7x+12=0?"
X2-7x+12=0 So (3*4=12 and3+4=7 / the bigger number takes the 7 sign (-/+) ) So (x-4=0)(x-3=0) X=4. X=3 Note when the last number sign is + they both take the bigger number sign and when it’s - they are different
