Eating Junk food, can be very detrimental to your health, as someone who loves to eat junk food, I am not very good at knowing when to stop. Try some of these tips to help you :)

-take note of what you eat, keep it in a journal, or maybe even you phone notes.

-don’t intently skip meals, try to eat three meals a day, but don’t pressure yourself if you can’t.

- when eating the meals try to eat healthy like, two eggs, toast, and a fruit smoothie for breakfast, not something like- a honey bun and a Belgium waffle with a drink like Mt. Dew, or Coke

-As much as we all love fast food, it’s not very healthy!! I know it will be hard but try to make homemade meals!! add lots and lots a veggies and fruits!!

-fruits have natural sugar in them, so if you start craving something try to eat apples, or strawberries!!

- try to strictly cut out sodas, and only drink water. you will also finds that water fills you up, and it keeps you hydrated!!
