Why:
C: They connect ideas by providing a transition so that it is not directly switching from one topic to another.
D: By connecting these ideas, the report will be more organized because the ideas will be flowing into one another.
(A could also be right because it occurs when there is a change in topic, which is why you need to connect the two ideas)
