Facial features become apparent in the second trimester. In the week 14 f the pregnancy the facial features and unique fingerprints are developed and become apparent. This is the second trimester (the second trimester starts in week 14 of pregnancy and lasts through the end of week 27). During this three months the baby’s organs become fully developed.
