And to exercise according to the rules, and exercise with a partner or a friends when possible to ensure our own personal safety. I also learned about temperature and safety. When it's extremely cold, or if it's extremely hot, that we need to dress appropriately to make sure that we maintain our own personal safety. And finally, learned about fluid balance and exercise. We want to make sure that the amount of fluid in my body are maintained at proper levels. We want to make sure that we have just enough water and just enough electrolytes, in our blood, to maintain a healthy balance.
