g(x) = f(-x)
f(x) = -5x+4
f(-x) = -5(-x)+4 ... replace every x with -x
g(x) = 5x+4
The reason we replace every x with -x is to perform the y axis reflection. For instance, if the input is x = 2, then we reflect over the y axis to plug in -x = -2 instead.
