I would say climate is a description of overall heat, humidity, dryness, etc. in a general statement. For example the climate of a desert may be dry. But the weather might be cloudy. Weather is more of a day by day thing.
Climate is what the (area or place) almost always feels like , frequent feelings of temperature, like humid or dry, cold or wet .
Weather is changes frequently around the area , like exact rain or clouds , or sunny and hot.
