Ethical Edits

  1. increasing the size of the carpenters toolkit makes him look more  handy and helpful.
  2. changing the marker color from blue to black is a harmless edit.

Unethical Edits

  1. changing a womans skintone to belong to another race. whitewashing and blackface is not okay.
  2. making an already thin and pretty model thinner for a gym ad is deceitful and presents a  message that says thin and pretty people are  superior to the rest.
  3. removing objects from a crime scene photo just ¨or the aesthetic¨ is a type or censorship of materials the public has the right to know.
